Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Reminder Services
Representative in Collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect past due payments and negotiate payment arrangements
through inbound and outbound calls
Document conversations and update borrower information in
collection systems accurately
Process electronic payments and address customer inquiries or
complaints effectively
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Call Center experience preferred
Bilingual preferred
Able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Typing speed of a minimum of 35 wpm
