A company is looking for a Senior Manager, B2B Growth to enhance
broker engagement and drive membership growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth goals
Oversee project management of large-scale initiatives across
cross-functional teams
Manage and enhance current broker engagement programs and
communication campaigns
Required Qualifications
BA or BS required; MBA preferred
7+ years of relevant experience
Previous healthcare or startup experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills to assess program performance
Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams
simultaneously
