A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls regarding eligibility and benefits
Document each customer interaction in the computer tracking system
Maintain a professional demeanor while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

One year of previous call center experience
Ability to attend 100% of the classroom training program
Experience in the dental care industry is a strong advantage
Must have a personal computer with specific technical requirements
High-speed internet connection with specified performance metrics
