Job Description:
A company is looking for a Broker Program Integrity Manager to
manage broker oversight programs and relationships with agency
partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complaint oversight with agency/broker partners, including
scheduling meetings and documentation
Provide monthly performance dashboards and reports to broker/agency
partners, addressing any SLA issues
Act as a liaison for broker complaints and present findings to
health plans and government entities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public
Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare or related fields,
specifically with Primary Care Providers or Account Management
Experience presenting to executive-level teams
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and creating PowerPoint
presentations
