Job Description:
A company is looking for a UC Support Analyst to provide remote
helpdesk support and troubleshooting of UC solutions for
customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote helpdesk support and troubleshooting for UC
solutions
Assist with troubleshooting across multiple applications and
operating systems
Enhance customer experience through effective communication and
solution delivery
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in remote technology support and
troubleshooting
Knowledge of data networking concepts
Familiarity with virtualized software such as VMware, Azure, and
AWS is a plus
Experience with cloud-based video platforms like Zoom, TEAMS, and
WebEx is a plus
Willingness to pursue ongoing education and certifications, such as
AVIXA CTS or CCNA
