Successful Real Estate Company is seeking an experienced Document Technician that will ensure documents are processed and completed according to established policies and procedures. This Company has a great training program, promotes within and gives quarterly incentives.

Responsibilities/Skills

? Thoroughly verifies information and transfers documents to appropriate folders within system software.

? Responsible to answer questions and provide updates to management regarding status

? Submits documents for processing and approval

? Proficient in Microsoft Office

? Strong verbal and written communications skills

? Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion

Education/Qualifications

High School diploma required. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines. One to three years experience in home loan processing or mortgage industry experience preferred.
