Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oil and Gas Corporate Action Senior
Associate to analyze and support initiatives aimed at reducing
methane emissions in the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct analysis of companies' emissions reduction targets and
performance
Identify market and financial factors affecting methane emissions
reduction and synthesize actionable recommendations
Support stakeholder relations and collaborate on joint analysis
related to energy transition
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent
experience
At least 4 years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree
with 3 years of experience
Experience in corporate financial and strategic analysis, including
financial modeling
Strong quantitative skills and ability to simplify complex
issues
Self-direction and capability to manage multiple priorities
