Key Responsibilities
Lead the integration of Cleo's tone of voice into the product and
set the vision for engaging content design
Guide and mentor a team of content designers, fostering creativity
and collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user
experience and drive strategic impact
Required Qualifications
Significant experience in content design or UX writing for mobile
products
Hands-on experience in conversational design and chat-focused user
interfaces
Previous experience designing products for a US audience
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams in
fast-paced environments
Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in complex
industries
