Job Description:
A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Customer
Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build
rapport
Provide essential information regarding access to care, benefits,
and coverage
Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating self-service
options
Required Qualifications
18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of previous call center experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and
holidays
