Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Research Specialist to
support the Patient Billing Department.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and enter necessary patient information and demographics for
EMS claims payment
Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to
ensure timely claims processing
Search various systems for additional patient information and
manage correspondence as needed
Required Qualifications
Previous billing experience is preferred
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
Computer literacy, including experience with dual monitors
Dependable and accountable for work responsibilities
