Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to support
the Client Success team in managing client relationships and
program operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless day-to-day program operations and prioritize tasks
based on client needs
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and provide
timely solutions for program success
Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and
troubleshooting operational challenges
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience, preferably in
environmental studies, energy policy, business, or related
fields
1-3 years of professional experience in technology services,
customer success, or a related field
Demonstrated success in a support role within a client-facing
environment
Strong organizational and project management skills with the
ability to multitask
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance
client relationships
