Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Lead to manage a team and
achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly manage a team of Project Managers and Business Process
Analysts, including performance management and coaching
Ensure project deliverables are met by providing Six Sigma coaching
and utilizing defined processes and tools
Manage program financial costs and benefits, and communicate
project status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of program management experience in large, global
environments
Certified in Program/Project Management (PMP or PRINCE II)
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with experience in coaching
projects
10+ years of direct management experience
Experience managing project financial budgets and benefits
