Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insuring Specialist responsible for
endorsing government loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay government fees and ensure compliance with agency
guidelines
Collaborate with Underwriting and Closing to complete loan files
and submit for review
Prepare and ship loan files, and manage endorsements and
documentation uploads
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with FHA case number corrections and transfers
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in loan processing and insuring
Knowledge of government agency fees and payment processes
Familiarity with the loan process and related departmental
responsibilities
