A company is looking for a Website Support Specialist (L2) to
provide support for web-related inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve website support-related requests via email, phone, and web
submission
Assist with maintenance of website content and inventory
management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex
issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of relevant experience in Customer Support or a similar
role
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web-building software
Ability to quickly learn new software programs and systems
Exceptional organization and time management skills
