Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Mobilisation Lead to organize
and mobilize efforts against inequality worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and plans for organizing and connecting local
movements to build people power
Develop high visibility global moments to mobilize millions and
influence decision-makers
Build alliances and oversee capacity-building initiatives for
regional and national secretariats
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in organizing and mobilizing across
multiple countries
At least 4 years of experience leading global organizing or
mobilizing teams
Experience in political engagement and developing political
strategies
Proven track record in community organizing and grassroots
mobilization
Substantive experience in alliance building with social movements
and NGOs
