Job Description:

Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Leatherby's Cafe Rouge in Costa Mesa, California.As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for our guests, working closely with our serving team to ensure seamless service.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food and beverages according to recipe guidelines and sanitation standards.
• Set up, operate, and maintain kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent service standards.Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
