Job Description:
A company is looking for a Major Incident Coordinator
responsible for managing major incidents and coordinating
resolution efforts across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of major incidents and participate
in Technical Command Center War Rooms
Compose and deliver incident communications within defined SLAs,
and lead tactical bridge calls for triage and restoration
activities
Document major incidents and participate in post-incident reviews
to support root cause analysis and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges and growth
opportunities
Experience coordinating and driving major incident restoration
activities for at least 3 years
Experience in problem identification and root cause analysis for at
least 3 years
Ability to work rotating shifts and support on-call
responsibilities
ITIL Certification (Foundations ITILv3, ITIL4, and/or Intermediate
Service Operations) is a plus
