Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payor Partnership Support Specialist
to provide exceptional support to clinicians and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and
clients
Collaborate with other teams to resolve roadblocks for
stakeholders
Work with RCM and Engineering teams to address bugs and billing
issues
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in customer support (healthcare,
billing, or contact center)
At least 1 year of experience assisting customers over the
phone
Experience with/knowledge of health insurance and billing
Intermediate level of technical understanding
Experience working with large databases and multiple tools
simultaneously
