Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriter, Loss Mit I responsible
for underwriting loss mitigation options for various loan
types.
Key Responsibilities:
Underwrite loss mitigation options for all workout types on all
loan types
Ensure compliance with established timelines and quality decisions
for assigned files
Maintain and acquire any necessary licensing requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
One to two years of related experience and/or training
Familiarity with mortgage and financial documents
No specific certificates, licenses, or registrations required
Ability to interpret business and regulatory documents
