Job Description:
A company is looking for an International Labor and Employment
Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-house legal counsel on various employment-related
matters
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and
regulations
Supervise and manage outside counsel on employment-related
litigation matters
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in labor and employment law
Qualified and practicing solicitor in England and Wales or another
EU Member state
Experience providing employment-related guidance in EMEA and
Asia-Pacific regions
In-depth knowledge of privacy and data protection laws, including
GDPR
Experience working in-house with a technology or healthcare
organization preferred
