Job Description:
Call Center CSR (Inbound)
Seeking a customer service oriented individual for a very fast
paced Call Center. Company specializes in health insurance and is
extending the customer service department. Diverse yet family
oriented environment. $14hr, M-F 7:00am-4:00pm.
Description: Responds to customer requests and questions regarding
service, products and account information, analyzing and rectifying
customer concerns using established procedures. Will process orders
or requests for information from customers who call into the call
center. Ensures that accurate information is entered into a
terminal or computer and updated when needed. Will use simple
scripts for call flow or up-selling purposes. Should enjoy helping
customers and are looking to grow with a great company. Our ideal
candidate will have at least 2 years of continuous employment in a
Customer Service/Sales role and/or call center experience.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
? Acts as primary liaison with customer in solving problems related
to the application process and service.
? Communicates clearly and professionally with the customer by
telephone and/or written correspondence regarding all aspects of
claims process.
? Educates and informs the customer by telephone, written
correspondence and/or the claims system about the documentation
required to process a claim, required time frames, payment
information and claim status.
? Enters verbal and written application information that meets both
the internal and external customer?s requirements accurately into
the claims management system.
? Assigns new claims to the appropriate claims handler.
? Troubleshooting and resetting customer passwords.
? Directs customer calls to the correct person at all
locations.
? Participates in and maintains a quality service culture within
the Customer Service Team.

including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

understanding why they react as they do.
