Senior Scrum Master

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams in delivering agile-based project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates Scrum processes including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives
Removes impediments and resolves conflicts to ensure team effectiveness and adherence to Agile methodologies
Mentors team members and promotes a high-performance culture within the Agile community

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 6 years in Agile methodologies
Certified Scrum Master and Agile Coach Certification
Broad knowledge of Agile approaches, including XP and Kanban
Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
