Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant or
Techno-Functional Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and develop
custom reports and integrations
Build and maintain reports across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, OTL,
and Talent modules
Develop data integrations and provide technical support for Oracle
HCM Cloud issues
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant or
Developer with Oracle HCM Cloud
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, specifically Core HR,
Payroll, OTL, and Benefits
Proficiency in developing reports and integrations using OTBI, BIP,
HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
Solid experience with SQL and PLSQL for data extraction and
reporting
Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is preferred
