Job Description:
Cypress, CA: Nationwide 24/7 home security company is looking to
hire 10-20 call center representatives by the 1st quarter, ideally
1/2 in January. These calls are inbound calls supporting
residential customers primarily, but they do have a commercial
accounts they also support. Previous call center experience is not
required as long as you have the ability to work in a fast paced
environment, can catch on quickly to training, able to handle
sometimes difficult/stressful calls. Because they are a security
monitoring company they do operate 24/7, which means they have 3
avail shifts: 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7 and every holiday. Ideal
candidate would have great attendance as well as being able to
think on their feet and be on top of their game. The training is
pretty intense (6 weeks) 4 weeks is class training and the other 2
are on the floor then they get on the phones. Once they have passed
the training the company pays for them to get licensed. All
candidates must pass a background check, drug test, and typing
test. They have multiple depts for advancement both in
position/compensation. If you feel this is the right position for
