Job Description:
Local college is looking for part time dialer representatives to
join their team! Temp to Hire Full Benefits - Dental, Medical and
Vision, $15k Life Insurance Policy, sick time and vacation accrued
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour Hours: 4pm-8pm (Must be available
evenings for workshops and some weekends for seminars.) Schedule:
Monday - Friday Duties: An Admissions Representative will answer
500-650 phone calls per day with only 10% transfer rate to the
Admissions Advisory team. Requirements: Must be comfortable reading
from a script. Must have recent inbound and outbound call center
experience. Ability to multi-task Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Strong Data Entry Competency: To perform the
job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following
competencies: Customer Service - Offers excellent customer service
to all applicants; handles difficult or emotional applicant
situations; responds promptly to requests for information; meets
commitments. Interpersonal Skills - Focuses on solving conflict,
not blaming; maintains confidentiality; listens to applicants
without interrupting; keeps emotions under control. Oral
Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and
negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well
to questions; demonstrates one-on-one presentation skills. Teamwork
- Balances team and individual goals; exhibits objectivity and
openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes
to building positive team spirit; puts success of team above own
interests; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and
objectives; supports everyone's efforts to succeed. Diversity -

and master proprietary software used to maintain student records.
