Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tester Coordinator, Beauty.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sign-up process and match testers to appropriate beauty
tests and products
Recruit, onboard, and train new testers while serving as their main
point of contact
Review tester insights and manage the tester database, ensuring
thoroughness and completeness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field
Two to three years of experience in project management, customer
success, client services, or operations preferred
Proficiency in project management tools
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Airtable
