Job Description:
Wonderful company in Irvine is looking for an entry level IT
Customer Support. The Customer Support Tech is responsible for the
technical support for customers.
Responsibilities
The following duties are listed in order of priority:
-Post-sale product support by phone per Technical Support Call
Handling procedure
-Pre-sale application and network design phone support.
-7x24 light phone support
High priority
-Trade show equipment preparation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education and Training
The Customer Support Engineer should have a two year technical
degree.
B. Technical Requirements
Two years plus of related technical experience is desired
C. Managerial Experience
