Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Trainer (Retention) to
support training and development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training on departmental tasks to new hires and existing
team members
Coordinate cross-training efforts and manage scheduling with
trainees
Support continuous improvement projects, including the development
of training guides and SOPs
Required Qualifications
Must be 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED
Must have been employed in good standing for at least 6 months
High level understanding of adjudicating claims and overcoming
rejections
Ability to adapt to different training outcomes
Ability to perform in an office-based or remote setting, sitting at
a desk 90% of the time
