Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and develop growth opportunities for customer
service representatives
Handle administrative functions related to Human Resources,
including scheduling and performance reviews
Utilize call center data to improve operations and customer
experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED
required
3-5 years of experience in a customer service role within mortgage,
financial services, insurance, banking, or fintech
3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a call center
Knowledge of mortgage lending/servicing industry
Previous mortgage servicing experience and MSP/ICE experience
preferred
