Job Description:
Supervise Telephonic or Field Case Management staff (8-10 staff)
for Southern California area, providing leadership, guidance.
training, motivation, and strong case management skills. Work
closely with management, operations team, nursing staff, sales and
account management to service the needs for customers and to build
a stronger customer service focused team. Position will be
