As a Physical Therapist in home health, you will evaluate each patient's physical condition, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions aimed at maximizing each patient's independence and quality of life. You will engage closely with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them about their conditions and the necessary steps for recovery. This position demands effective communication skills, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach as you work with individuals of varying needs and backgrounds.   • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
