We are looking for new team members who share our passion for finding answers to difficult questions and new radical ways to build scalable and trustworthy data & analytics solutions,helping every team in the organization make faster and better decisions.We're looking for a Director of Analytics that's curious, strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, hands-on manager and a team player.You will lead and guide a talented team of four analysts, delivering actionable insights and tools that help teams from across the organization to make impactful decisions.You will set a bold and innovative strategy for creating a data-driven organization, define the team's goals, and lead the daily execution and prioritization.What you will be doing

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 analysts, setting up standards, workflows and goals. Lead the daily execution and prioritization of the team.
• Set the vision and strategy for creating a data-driven organization
• Proactively identify growth and optimization opportunities that teams from across the organization can act upon fast.
• Define input metrics and output metrics to measure the progress of our business operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technology in the data industry.
• Hire and onboard new team members.Requirements:
  • +5 years of experience as an analyst in a technology company
  • +2 years of managerial experience in a technology company
  • Strong knowledge of business and product processes and how to translate business needs into data models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in common statistical analysis methods
  • Proficiency using SQL for data querying and manipulation, Python (big plus)
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of success in quantitative fields
  • Act in a cross-functional environment to ensure that the analytics team's output is aligned with companies' objectives
