Hourly rate ranges from $18.25 - $20.05 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.Brand: Spencer'sPosition: Assistant Store ManagerThe Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Physical demands: In excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
