Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Underwriting Manager to
support the execution of the WC underwriting strategy for the small
business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement small business underwriting strategies in
collaboration with product/business owners
Analyze key performance metrics and present findings to assist in
strategic planning
Oversee the workers compensation new business quality assurance
process and report on results and trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance
underwriting, actuary, claim, and/or product development
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to lead and collaborate across multiple disciplines
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
