Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Designer/Project Manager with experience in multi-family, mixed use, and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and project management, as well as a good understanding of local building codes and regulations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for navigating all phases of a project, from concept development to construction administration. You should be familiar with the San Diego area and have a solid grasp of local density bonus programs. Proficiency in Revit is required. In this role, you will be involved in creating innovative design solutions, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
