Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a long-term workforce management strategy,
including forecasting call volume and scheduling staff
Manage and optimize staffing schedules to ensure efficient handling
of inbound and outbound call volumes
Establish and report on core performance indicators related to
demand planning and staffing needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Leadership, or
related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in resource/workforce management and
operations in a sales delivery environment
3+ years of experience in a call center environment
2+ years of experience managing a team
Experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling required
