Partner with other leaders to translate data-first growth
strategies into actionable roadmaps
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering teams, with 3+
years in management
Organizational leadership experience collaborating with executive
leadership
Experience mentoring teams of senior engineers on complex
projects
Ability to define roadmaps for complex projects spanning multiple
teams
Experience with machine learning, recommender systems, or
product-led growth
