Job Description:
A company is looking for a Communications Platform Manager to
oversee customer messaging across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve the CustomerIO communications platform and other
related systems
Handle internal requests and prioritize solutions with
stakeholders
Monitor and manage incidents related to communication systems,
ensuring timely resolutions
Required Qualifications
Technical experience with systems integrations
Experience with communications platforms, preferably CustomerIO
SQL proficiency for data analysis
Familiarity with open APIs or engineering background
Ability to participate in on-call rotations for incident
response
