Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage
Enterprise customers and drive engagement with their platform
offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure
customer success
Lead onboarding processes and develop Joint Success Plans for new
customers
Monitor account health, conduct regular Business Reviews, and
manage renewals and expansions
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, preferably
in an enterprise SaaS environment
Proven track record in managing and growing customer
relationships
Experience collaborating with Product or Engineering teams
Background in science-related disciplines or the science/health
industries is a plus
Experience in early-stage startup environments is advantageous
