Facilities Maintenance Manager

Ability to create/update project schedule and resources loaded schedules using Microsoft Project and AutoCad.Understanding of Gantt schedules which include: 'forward/backward pass' analysis to identify schedule impacts, delays for key milestone activities is preferred. Ability to work independently to resolve issues as they are encountered while maintaining a team atmosphere conductive to growing the business.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
