Corporate Development to assist in driving their company's growth
through strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions (M&A),
and partnerships. With 5-6 years of experience in Public Accounting
(preferably Assurance or Transaction Advisory) corporate
development, investment banking, or related fields, the Manager of
Corporate Development will play a crucial role in identifying,

different clientsJob DetailsResponsibilities:
- Along with the VP of Corporate Development, lead the corporate
development team in identifying, evaluating, and executing
strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, partnerships, joint
ventures, and investments.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives to align corporate
development strategies with overall business goals and growth
targets.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify
industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities
that could impact the company's growth strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including deal
origination, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration
planning.
- Develop detailed financial models, perform valuation analyses,
and assess potential risks and benefits of various strategic
opportunities.
- Prepare compelling presentation materials, investment
memorandums, and business cases to communicate findings,
recommendations, and potential outcomes to senior leadership and
the board.
- Foster relationships with external partners, investment firms,
and industry stakeholders to source and evaluate potential
deals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of
transactions, including legal, finance, operations, and integration
teams.
- Monitor post-transaction performance and integration to ensure
strategic and financial objectives are achieved.
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and
macroeconomic factors that could impact the company's strategic
decisions.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-6 years of experience in Public Accounting (Preferably
Assurance or Transaction Advisory), Investment Banking, or direct
Corporate Development
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and
motivate cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal
structuring.
- Track record of successfully executing complex M&A
transactions, from deal sourcing to integration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and
problem-solving capabilities.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes,
and emerging market opportunities.
- Proven ability to negotiate deals, build relationships, and
collaborate with external partners.
- Experience in leading due diligence efforts, assessing risks,
and identifying mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial modeling
