Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer - Public
Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor for new customers, ensuring a smooth
transition from sales to post-sales
Develop a deep understanding of the platform features to maximize
customer engagement and value
Project manage customer integration strategies and create training
documentation for onboarding
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in customer advocacy and engagement in
post-sales or consulting
Experience in a technical position
Experience working in or supporting the Public Sector
Knowledge of data engineering platforms (e.g., Splunk, Elastic,
Datadog)
Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
