Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Engineer, Scan Data to manage
scan data processes and ensure system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage scan data processes for timely submission and
processing
Identify, diagnose, and correct errors in file submissions and data
processing
Develop and maintain scripts using Node.js to automate routine
tasks
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar operational
role
Experience with Node.js development and intermediate SQL
Familiarity with SFTP, POS systems, and data processing
workflows
Basic understanding of Python is a plus
