Job Description:

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to oversee their Emerging Solutions Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities of the Solutions Engineering team
Recruit, train, and enable Solutions Engineers to support sales needs
Establish best practices for product demonstrations and solutions selling

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably SaaS
Proven track record in a volume and velocity sales model
Technical aptitude in utilizing tools and software
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
