Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist
to manage the collection of aging medical insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
File claims using appropriate forms and attachments
Research account denials and file written appeals as necessary
Verify patient information and benefits while documenting efforts
in the system
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Formal training in Insurance Billing preferred
Knowledge of all insurance payers preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
