Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor to support the
affordable housing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Complete certification processing and review files within a strict
24-hour period
Prepare client documents for audit reports and reconcile
discrepancies
Conduct remote file audits for clients and stay updated on
affordable housing program changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent
experience
Experience with Section 8, Section 42, HOME, Rural Development, or
Tax Credit programs
Understanding of local, state, and federal housing regulations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook
Strong team orientation and ability to manage changing
priorities
