Our value-based PACE program allows our Primary Care Physicians to provide truly comprehensive, holistic care, so you can focus on what really matters: your patients.We also care about our providers. That's why we offer:

• Competitive compensation of $125,000 - $140,000 (part time) with quarterly bonus
• Generous time off - weekends off, PTO, 6 sick days, & 12 paid holidays
• Relocation assistance up to $50,000 and $10,000 sign-on bonus

• Regular hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, including home visits
